RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that not all styles work out! You are welcome to return your item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund, exchange or store credit (on regular priced items) subject to the following terms. 


Full Refund or Store Credit 

The item(s) must be returned in their original condition with all tags/garment labels attached. Any items that appear to have been worn, washed or altered in any way will be refused. We ask that you be careful when trying on items as we cannot accept anything with makeup stains, deodorant, perfume or any smells. 


Please send an email to info@hollanddesigns.ca with your order number and item(s) you would like to return and we will send you the shipping address. Please send out all items as soon as possible (must be sent within 7 days of receiving your order). 


We will not be held responsible for any item(s) returned to a location other than the one we provided. 


All original shipping and duty charges are non-refundable, and any shipping or duty costs are at your expense. We recommend sending the package with a postal service with tracking to avoid any issues as we are not responsible for any delays or missing items during return shipping. 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received and refunded your item(s).  Your refund will be made in the form of the original payment, or store credit if that method is selected. 


Exchange 

Size exchanges are available given the desired size is in stock. If you wish to exchange for another size please email us at info@hollanddesigns.ca and let us know your order number and which item(s) you wish to exchange and we will let you know if we have your size in stock. All terms from our Full Refund Return Policy apply. 


Final Sale Items

Any item purchased from our sale category or during one of our promo sales (Boxing Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Long Weekend Sales etc.) are final sale. Orders that have been previously placed cannot be price matched during sale periods. 


Faulty Items 

If you have received a faulty item please email us at info@hollanddesigns.ca with your order number and supporting imagery so we can determine the next course of action. All items will be accessed upon return and can be refused if it appears to have been worn.
